GigaBuild collects the information you enter into the configurator so Giga-Sphere OS can prepare a workspace, process checkout, verify domain ownership, and support your onboarding.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, company, freight operation details, fleet size, selected modules, billing preference, requested domain, checkout status, and support messages you submit.

Payments

Card and wallet payment details are handled by Stripe Checkout. GigaBuild does not store raw card numbers or card security codes on its servers.

Domain Verification

Requested domains are stored with an order record. Domains are not attached to a workspace until ownership is verified through a DNS record.

Data Requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your GigaBuild data by emailing privacy@gigasphere.io.

Account and Data Deletion

Use the delete account/data request page to start deletion. We may retain payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records when required by law.
